2010 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home Sold, Caps Successful Dream Home Show

The developers of Lost Run Farm, a luxury estate community in Zionsville,  announced today that the 2010 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home was successfully sold.

The sale capped an extremely successful Dream Home Show for Lost Run Farm. Nearly 4,000 people visited the Dream Home show in Lost Run over its three weekend run in September, a 70% attendance increase from 2009 and the show’s highest attendance in three years.

The 2010 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home, built by CS Homes, is a Tuscan-style home that impressed even veteran Dream Home show attendees with its livability, its grand entrance (featuring 23 foot high ceiling), its “Club” basement (including a home theatre and 14-seat “Sports Bar”), and its three-season Lanai and outdoor living area.

The home attracted several bidders, but, in the end, one couple was successful, and closed on the purchase of the home.

“We are very excited to welcome a new family to Lost Run Farm,” Lost Run Managing Director Brian Henderson said. “Lost Run’s nature trails, three creeks, two ponds, and seven acre sports meadow will be the perfect place for their child to explore and play. Many happy family memories will be built in the community. That’s what we designed and built it for, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome a new family to the community.”
