2012 Homes of Distinction

Lost Run Farm is proud to present the WTHR Homes of Distinction, built by Christopher Scott Homes.  From June 7th through June 17th, the public is invited to tour two beautiful estates in the Zionsville development of Lost Run Farm.  While showcasing the latest building products and design trends, the tour will raise funds for a wonderful cause, benefiting Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent.

Show times are Thursdays and Sundays Noon – 5pm, Fridays and Saturdays Noon – 7pm (Ticket office closes an hour early each day). Tickets for the tour can be purchased for $15 at the event or $12 in advance by logging on to www.HomeOfDistinction.com/12Indianapolis

These homes will not disappoint.  Tour guests will be amazed by these two stunning masterpieces nestled in the beautiful hillside of Lost Run Farm.

The first home is an English Tudor style with stone and brick exterior. Inside guests will enjoy the interior design creativity of Artichoke Designs, along with the soaring ceilings, hand carved cabinetry, an elegant study and beamed ceilings.  Guests will also learn about the latest technologies such as geothermal heating and cooling. This is 6,500+ square feet filled with great ideas.

The second, and larger home, is a gorgeous European rustic design with unbelievable views of the sports meadow and ponds. The over 9,500 square feet interior is beautifully designed by Copper Creek Canyon Interior Outfitters.  The home includes 5+ bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (including private in-law quarters).  With a beautiful natural stone and shake siding exterior, the interior features tall ceilings, rustic beams, geothermal heating and cooling, 5 fireplaces, glass elevator and a radius staircase. The walkout lower level has 12’ tall ceilings, a large bar, wine cellar, gorgeous theater and many more perfect entertaining ideas.
